This Superwinch SI Series Industrial Hydraulic Winch is designed for flexibility to meet the needs of the individual user. The quad-drilled drum for attaching rope meets SAE J706 and EN 14492 standards for left-hand or right-hand winding, so a user can mount at preferred orientation. The SI Series dual-cartridge brake system works in either direction, providing flexibility for installation. Brakes do not rely on vehicle valving for brake redundancy as lessor winches do. Superwinch’s brake is always engaged until pressure is applied to the winch to avoid a power-robbing drag.
